Giant African Snail
Giant African Snails (Lissachatina fulica) is a species native to East Africa. Although they are sometimes considered herbivores, they will also feed off of animal bones from carcasses to get calcium that they are lacking. These snails have become a problem all over the world since they have become an invasive species. They can ruin crops, and because of this are illegal to own in the U.S.
